Information AgentScore stores
AgentScore stores only the operational information required to provide its assessment and reporting features:
- Jira work item key;
- Jira project key;
- selected AI agent identifier and display name;
- selected performance outcome and its numeric score;
- date and time of the assessment;
- internal record schema version; and
- administrator-configured AI agent names and active/inactive status.
AgentScore does not intentionally store Jira users’ names, email addresses or Atlassian account IDs. Administrators should not enter personal or confidential information when creating custom AI agent names.
How the information is used
The stored information is used to:
- remember the assessment attached to a Jira work item;
- calculate agent scores and outcome totals;
- display recent assessments;
- filter results by project and time period; and
- manage the AI agent catalogue.
Jira permissions
AgentScore checks the current user’s Jira permissions when the app is used. This ensures that dashboard users only see work items they are permitted to browse and that only Jira administrators can manage the agent catalogue.
The current user identity is used transiently by Atlassian to perform these permission checks. AgentScore does not retain that identity in its stored assessment records.
Storage and sharing
AgentScore uses Atlassian Forge-hosted storage. Aigeeza does not send AgentScore assessment data to an external server and does not sell it, use it for advertising or share it with independent marketing services.
Atlassian processes and hosts the data as the platform provider, subject to Atlassian’s own privacy, security and data-processing terms.
Retention and deletion
Assessment and catalogue records remain available while the app is installed unless they are replaced or otherwise removed. When the app is uninstalled, Atlassian applies its Forge-hosted storage retention and deletion lifecycle.
A Jira site administrator may contact [email protected] with a reasonable request concerning AgentScore data associated with their installation.
International transfers
AgentScore does not independently transfer app data to external systems. Atlassian’s hosting locations and international transfer safeguards are governed by Atlassian’s applicable terms and policies.
Your rights
Where UK data protection law applies to personal information, individuals may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Because AgentScore is designed not to retain Jira user identities, Aigeeza may need information from the relevant Jira administrator to identify the installation and record concerned.
Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Individuals may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/.
Security
AgentScore uses Atlassian Forge permissions, tenant-isolated hosted storage and Jira permission checks. No internet-connected external backend is used by the app.
Automated decisions
AgentScore calculates comparative scores from outcomes deliberately selected by users. It does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this notice
