These terms govern use of the AgentScore Jira app provided by Chris May trading as Aigeeza. Contact: [email protected].
Beta service
AgentScore is currently supplied as a controlled beta for evaluation. Features may change, be corrected, added or removed during the beta.
Authorised installation
The person installing AgentScore confirms that they are authorised to install and evaluate apps on the relevant Atlassian Jira site.
Permitted use
AgentScore may be used for lawful internal evaluation of human-rated AI agent performance across Jira work items.
Users must not:
- use AgentScore unlawfully;
- attempt to bypass Jira or AgentScore permissions;
- interfere with the operation or security of the app;
- reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- enter personal, unlawful, confidential or harmful information into custom AI agent names.
Scores and decisions
AgentScore reports scores based on outcomes selected by users. The results are indicators only and may be affected by differences in tasks, reviewers, prompts, tools and working conditions.
Users remain responsible for decisions made using AgentScore results. The app does not guarantee that one AI agent is objectively better or suitable for a particular purpose.
Availability and support
The beta is provided without a guaranteed service level. Aigeeza may suspend, modify or discontinue it and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property
AgentScore and its original software, branding and documentation remain the property of Aigeeza or its licensors. Atlassian, Jira and Forge are owned by Atlassian and are not affiliated with or responsible for Aigeeza’s provision of AgentScore.
Feedback
Beta users may provide feedback. Unless otherwise agreed, Aigeeza may use that feedback to improve AgentScore without an obligation to pay for it.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, AgentScore is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta. No warranty is given that results will be complete, accurate or suitable for a specific business decision.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that restriction and to the extent permitted by law, Aigeeza is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or decisions made from AgentScore results.
Termination
Aigeeza may suspend access where these terms are materially breached or where necessary to protect the app, Atlassian services or other users. Customers may stop using AgentScore by uninstalling it from Jira.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user.
