Client Status Snapshot for Jira

Data Processing Addendum — Client Status Snapshot

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the terms governing use of Client Status Snapshot, including the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement and Aigeeza Apps’ Provider-Specific Terms. It applies from the customer’s first Marketplace order or use of the App, where Aigeeza Apps processes Personal Data on the customer’s behalf.

1. Parties

Customer means the organisation obtaining or using Client Status Snapshot.

Provider means Chris May, trading as Aigeeza Apps, of 15 Main St, Normanby, Scunthorpe, DN15 9HY, United Kingdom.

The Customer acts as controller and Provider acts as processor only to the extent Provider processes Personal Data on the Customer’s behalf through the App.

2. Scope and purpose of processing

Client Status Snapshot is a read-only Jira Cloud app that enables an authorised user to generate a client-ready status report from a selected Jira project.

The App processes only the Jira data that the authorised user is already permitted to access and selects for the report. Processing is solely to generate and display the report, and to enable the user to copy it or save it as a PDF.

3. Categories of Personal Data and Data Subjects

The App may process Jira project and issue data, including project names and identifiers, issue summaries, statuses, due dates, resolution dates and updated dates.

This data may contain Personal Data where the Customer or its users have entered Personal Data into Jira. Data subjects may include the Customer’s users, employees, contractors, clients, suppliers and other individuals referenced in Jira issues.

4. Processing duration

Processing occurs only while an authorised user is using the App to generate or view a report.

Aigeeza Apps does not operate a persistent data store for Client Status Snapshot. The App does not retain Jira report data after the user’s session or send it to Aigeeza-controlled systems or independent third parties.

5. Provider obligations

Provider will:

  • process Personal Data only on the Customer’s documented instructions and only as necessary to provide the App;
  • ensure that persons authorised to process Personal Data are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • implement appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the limited, transient and read-only processing performed by the App;
  • assist the Customer, where reasonably possible, with requests relating to data-subject rights, security incidents, data-protection impact assessments and regulatory enquiries;
  • notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach affecting Personal Data processed by the App; and
  • make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA.

6. Sub-processors and platform services

The App is hosted and operated using Atlassian Forge and Atlassian Cloud services. Provider authorises use of Atlassian and its relevant service providers as sub-processors only to the extent necessary to host, run and secure the App.

Provider will not add an independent sub-processor that receives Customer Jira data without providing appropriate notice where required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

Provider does not independently transfer Customer Jira report data to Aigeeza-controlled infrastructure or independent third parties. Any processing by Atlassian Forge or Atlassian Cloud is subject to Atlassian’s applicable service terms and data-transfer arrangements.

8. Deletion and return

Because Client Status Snapshot does not persist Customer Jira report data in a Provider-controlled data store, there is normally no stored Customer Personal Data for Provider to return or delete when use of the App ends.

9. Security contact

10. Order of precedence

If this DPA conflicts with the applicable end-user agreement solely in relation to processing of Personal Data, this DPA takes precedence to the extent of that conflict.

11. Updates

Provider may update this DPA where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the App, applicable law or processing arrangements. The current version will always be available at this page.
